- Performing ultrasonic inspection tests, thickness measurement, testing of rust and corrosion coatings, VT, MT tests for welding equipment and fittings are as follows by the three steps mentioned above.
- Inspection and initial performance of thickness gauge tests for boiler equipment, reactors, and converters (according to ASTM, API, TEMA standard).
- Inspection and testing of the durability of connections, reactors and converters, and pressure equipment according to the standard (ASME, ASTM, API).
- Inspection and testing of paint on surfaces and fittings and fixed and rotating equipment.
- Corrosion tests for boilers, reactors, and heat exchangers according to the standard (ANSI, ASTM, API).
- Carrying out coaxial tests of equipment, pumps, and rotating mechanisms.
- Preliminary inspection of reactor joints, including radiographs of flanges, shells, pressurized surfaces, and joints requiring RT testing. (Based on ANSI, ASTM, API standards).
